No shop in ftp

Hi everyone,

 

When I login in to my remote site through Dreamweaver, the shop folder does not show up at all. I have not had this problem before. When I go into the file manager at cPanel it's all there. I even downloaded another ftp software and the same thing happened. I go to the www folder where the shop is, and the shop folder isn't there. Can anyone help?

Are you looking in /public_html/ in /catalog or whatever you named the dir for osc?
