links HTML Pages not been created

Hi,

 

i have loaded this contibution, and got a slight problem when a link is created, i person submitting the link also gets a verification that there link has been created, also it give a link to a page that is suposed to be created, but this page is NOT created, can anyone point me in the righ direction..? what might be wrong, why these pages are not there..? or may be thay are somewhere else, my links.php is at www.mydomain.com/catalog/links.php
