problems to receive e-mails from costumers

I have a problem at my oscomerce when someone buy a product I don?t receive an e-mail, it just appears at administration page.

When someone make a registration I don?t receive an e-mail and the new costumer no receive it too.

And the messages from contact us didn?t comes to my e-mail.

 

THE ADRESS IS PROPERLY CORRECT

 

Please, How can I fix that trouble?
