Product Available: x weeks after order?????

Many of our large products are not items that we (or the mfg) would normally stock. Typically these items are built on an as ordered basis and would be available 4-6 weeks after the order is placed.

 

My questions is how do I show this since the "date available" section when adding a new product requires that a specific date be entered.

 

Any suggestions other than listing this information with the product description? Thanks for the assistance.
