Paypal module

jsut build a site, and for some reason my paypal modual wont install, i can change in info about it, but the install button dont work, is there any way to manualy install it?

 

i think the problem my be sql but not sure.

 

also for some other reason my store http://www.japaneseperformance2006.co.uk/catalog has the name urbanwear 24-7 at the top (i used the basic shop to design this one) how can i change it?
