Can't get past admin login

My shopping cart has been on hold for about a year and I seem to have forgotten my username and password for the admin panel. I made sure that the username/password is the same in the:

 

administrators table

includes/configure.php

admin/includes/configure.php

.htaccess through the cpanel

mySQL database.

 

Am I forgetting somewhere? I can't seem to get in. I've posted this in the installation forum as well but haven't gotten any helpful responses. I really need to get into my shopping cart!

In your Admin panel their should be an option to select forgotten password...If you still have the same email then just do the forgotten

option and you will get a new password...If you have forgotten your

user name go in to the admin table and find the user name...

As far as I can see there isn't a "forgot password" on my admin login screen. It's not the customer that forgot the password, it's me to get into my own system. Grr!
