Per product comments

Hi,

 

I need to be able to request specific details for some products on my site... i.e. for personalised items - ideally I'd like to be able to capture that information on the product detail page per product order line. Up until now we've been using the order comments box during checkout, but customers are either forgetting to add the info, or it gets confusing when they order multiple personalised items...

 

... is there a contribution that fits this requirement? (i've looked and haven't found one yet, but I may not be using the correct search criteria... :()
