Order Management

diabolical

I've been browsing the help documentation and searching the forums & contributions for a solution to this, but I'm yet to find anything, probably because I have no idea how to word it simply.

Basically, what I need is to know if there's currently inbuilt support or a contribution made that supports ANY of the elements of the following situation:

1. When an order is made, based on their supplied delivery address, it will be sent to a Store that has been assigned management of orders from their postcode.

2. Each indivdual Store will be able to log in, and manage orders for their specific store (and ONLY manage orders for their specific store.) - Basically, the same order management thats already available in the administration, but only allowing them to manage orders for THEIR store ... and no access to the rest of the administration tools.

Is there anything at all already in existence that can handle either of these elements (or both .. wishful thinking maybe :P )?? And if not, anyone have any thoughts?

Any responses will be greatly appreciated!
