Taxes not showing up

Hi!

 

I don't know what I'm doing wrong--I have all of my products assigned as "Taxable Goods", have my tax zone defined and my tax as 8.0% and have the checkout success with 1) Subtotal; 2) tax; 3) shipping; and 4) total. Each time I try to check out on my "not yet" live site, no taxes are being added--what step am I missing?
