When testing out the basic stuff on the new template I have installed at www.casualsclobber.co.uk/onlineshop I am able to register a new user...something I initially took to mean that everything was fine with new users signing up wasn't a problem. On trying again with another 'John Doe' test user, with completely different details on all counts I get this error... 1062 - Duplicate entry '0' for key 1 insert into customers (customers_firstname, customers_lastname, customers_email_address, customers_telephone, customers_fax, customers_newsletter, customers_password, customers_gender, customers_dob) values ('www', 'www', '[email protected]', '0113246544', '', '', 'e6a2847b80284566e1bfbf86765d675b:51', 'm', '19700523') [TEP STOP] Anyone got any ideas. I've reinstalled the whole template and got the same result, and likewise I've deleted the table in question with the same results. Yet another issue I'm getting desperate on due to the aftersales with templatemonster being a little slower than anticipated.
