jgmilleriii Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 We have a store that is receiving orders, but getting no information about the customer. We're getting credit card info, but none of the customer details or shipping address is being shown on the order page, or is the database. It appears, and this might NOT be the cause, that when creating a new account, OSC is not forcing them to enter a shipping address, or using the address created in the new account for the shipping address. Anyone have an idea on why we're not collecting the basic info? No, this is NOT paypal-related. thanks!
