Product ordered

H E L P! OS commerce was working fine. customers were ordering product and paying thru PayPal and everything was fine. Now about 1 month ago, i would get the usual confirmation form PayPal that they rec'd payment but when i went to check on what the customer odered, there were no orders. even checked the individual customer to see what they ordered and it was blank... it is not an isolated incident, has happened 4-5 times now. have to email customer and ask them what they paid/ordered. Only happens when they pay thur PayPal ( my only way of accepting credit cards) If they check off that they will send me a check, i have a record of it. ANy guidance would be appreciative.
