Changing the color

I was wondering if someone out there could help me change the color of my site. I figured out how to change the color of the corners of the boxes but that didn't change the middle part of the box. The default it a blueish color and I would like it to be a goldish color. When changing the color of the corners I have my gold on the outside of the boxes but the middle is still blue.

 

Any help is much appreciated.
