I have been using the OS Commerce shop attatched to my site for a couple of years now at www.bald.com.au The shop has worked well as it is just bolted to the main site. A friend who has dabbled in web development set up both the site abd the OS Commerce shop. In the last couple of days I have had emails from customers saying that they can't access the shop and on checking, a message is coming up with the following: 1016 - Can't open file: 'whos_online.MYD'. (errno: 145) delete from whos_online where time_last_click < '1159108534' [TEP STOP] I can't get onto my friend who set up the shop for me. I have checked within the 'whos online' files within admin and can't find any reference of this error within the file to delete. Can anyone help me? Am I looking in the wrong spot to rectify this. I'm basically losing customers because they can't get to my shop and it has been down for a couple of days. Cheers, Steve - Melbourne, Australia
