Hi all,

 

I am Swati. I am using OScommerce shopping cart in my site. But its admin panel is not working. when i give the URL "http://www.domainname.com/shop/admin" it demands Username and Password to connect to server, which i don't know. and when i click on "Cancel" button, it will give this error:

 

Unauthorized

Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

Till morning i am using it. I had made some changes in "categories.php" file. The changes, I had made was working that time, but after some time this problem comes. I don't know why this problem is comming. Please help me as soon as possible.

You have a .htaccess file protecting that folder. If you cannot remember your details then change them in your hosts control panel (CPanel, HSphere or whatever you are using) or get in contact with your host and they should be able to change it for you.
