Missing the word 'TAX' in Confirmation E-mail and also in the E-mail sent to the store owner!

This is what the customer sees in their Order Confirmation E-mail...Please note the word TAX missing. The same shows in the actual order sent to the store owner and on the 'Order Confirmation' page on the web.



Sub-Total: $37.50

Supersaver Delivery  [ for shipping 7-10 business days ] (When you do not care when it gets there): $4.99

: $2.44

Total: $44.93



Also, how do you change the subject of the E-mails from say: 'Order Process' to something like 'Order Confirmation'?
