WORLD ZONES contrib and DOWNLOADS

Hi there, I use the World Zones contribution (great contrib btw) and was wondering if anyone could help me. I've been using the module successfully for a while now, but i recently ran into a small problem. I have some video downloads for sale in my store and I need to be able to NOT charge for shipping since the customer just get's a link. Is there any way to do this? It seems even with a weight of "0" and calulating the shipping by weight still charges $5 for shipping.

 

here's my shipping table (zone 1):

1:5,2:10,5:12,10:15,15:17,30:27,40:35,50:40,100:100,200:200,300:300,400:400,500:

500

 

I tried adding the entry: .1:0,1:5,2:10,... etc

 

so that any product who's weight is .1 lbs. or less get's charged 0 dollars. and then from .2 to 1 lb they get charged $5. But it doesn't work. it seems to round up to 1 lb every time.

 

 

Any idears?
