I've just install a fresh copy off osc template on my local machine..however I keep facing the error message

the following is a snippet from configure.php ..wot do i need to change in order for my shop to work!! thanks in advance..

Have a look at the setting: Configuration -> Sessions -> Force Cookie Use. It needs to be false.
