SQL Database size limit?

Hi,

 

Is there any limit to the size of a data base, i ask because i have a database of over 2,500 products, and each products has 12 colour options, and when i upload the options it works for a certain amount and then i get an error

What is yor databse size, because i have seen a 30 mb database so far

we run one at nearly 175mb - over 3000 products - 400 attributes - almost 500 customers. Of course a lot of the mb is taken by the images.

 

It doesn't cause any loss of speed or problems and I'd guess it depends on your server.
