Contact us about this product

have an oscommerce site and i want people to be able to contact me about any product on there from the product info page instead of clicking on contact us and filling in the form from there just incase they mess up model numbers etc. Is there a way i can add a link or contribution that enables me to do this?

I used the Ask a Question contrib and tweaked it into a "make an offer" button on my site.
