I have a problem with my shop, if someone orders something which is outwith our delivery zone, they are given the option to request a quote. That works fine, the problem is when someone orders something out with our delivery zone and requests a quote but also orders a downloadable product, because they have requested a quote they do not check charged for the download so are able to download the product for free!! Is there anyway to disable downloads if the customer has ordered something which requires posting outwith a delivery zone? This is the only way I can think of fixing this. O. Quote
