Table Rate not displaying on checkout_shipping page

Hi There,

 

I have enabled table rate and filled it in as follows:

 

Enable Table Method

True

 

Shipping Table

25:3.50

 

Table Method

weight

 

Handling Fee

0

 

Tax Class

GST

 

Shipping Zone

Christchurch

 

Sort Order

0

 

However, when I come to view the checkout_shipping page no shipping method is displayed and no shipping cost is added to the product price. Any ideas why this could happen?

 

I have tried it based on weight and price and it does not work, I have also ensured there is a weight given to each product so that is not the issue.

Thanks for your reply, much appreciated.

 

I have checked and I am i nthe correct region when testing and have the maximum weight that will be sent set to 25. Which is why I have only entered a ratio for 25 in the shipping module. I have recently also installed 'Extra Table Rate', do you think this could have anything to do with my problem? It shouldn't really seeing as they are completely different files.

Patrick, if you made sure they use different parameters, they should not effect each other. The key parameters are at the bottom of each file, so you can check quickly. No other idea without debugging.
