gman Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 ================================================== Site Address is: http://64.176.14.193/ HTTPS://mysecureserver.com/userdirectory/store/xxxxxxxxxx ================================================== Problems: 1) As a REGISTERED customer, when trying to use the LOGIN text link in my header, it takes me to LOGIN.php with information already pre-filled (username/password). Then, when clicking on the SIGN IN button at bottom of signin page, it takes the customer to: https://mysecureserver.com/store/index.php?...ed6c76ff46fc38c and gives the following error message: ================================================ Not Found The requested URL /store/index.php was not found on this server. Apache/1.3.33 Server at mysecureserver.com Port 443 ================================================ IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN ME TO: https://mysecureserver.com/userdirectory/store/index.php ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If i hit the BACK button on the browser, it takes me back to the LOGIN page, showing me as ALREADY SIGNED IN, and have the LOGOFF and MY ACCOUNT text links in header showing up (as it's suppose to when one is logged in only). Why does it skip the USERDIRECTORY? How can i fix this? Which file content do i need to post so that you in this forum can help me find the problem that's causing this? ====================================================================== 2) As an unregistered customer ...... If one clicks on the CHECKOUT text link in header, it takes one to: https://secureserver/store/shopping cart.php ===================================================== Again, it's missing the USERDIRECTORY in the web address! and takes me to a page with following error: Not Found The requested URL /store/shopping_cart.php was not found on this server. Apache/1.3.33 Server at mysecureserver.com.com Port 443 ========================================================================== WHY when i pass mouse over CHECKOUT text link in header it shows that it's linked to CHECKOUT_SHIPPING.php BUT, it says above that it tried to take me to the SHOPPING_CART page. ========================================================================= Do i need to post the contents of my CHECKOUT_PROCESS.PHP and/or CHECKOUT_SUCCESS.PHP, or the content(s) of any other file(s) so that someone can help me figure this thing out? PLEASE>>>>>>> Any experienced PHP or OSC members who can shed some light into this problem? Help would be very much appreciated.....
