NEED HELP BAD. LOGIN ISSUES OTHER PEOPLE CREATE ACCOUNT AND SEE ANOTHERS INFORMATION HELP!!!

:'( Hello all, I have just launched a serious advertising campaign and had an issue earlier today where someone created and account adn purchased an item. Then after a few minutes logged out and a friend of mine went to create an account and was logged in as this other person. I am not sure what the issue is, I have created a test account and have had friends try to create another account so they can tell me if they see my test account information but nothing. Is this an isolated incident or do I have some issues? Please help because this could most certainly ruin people trust in my site if it keeps happening.

Thank you, I just did that and am hoping that it will resolve the issue. Why did that whole thing happen anyway?
