There are many contributions for infoboxes. Probably the best one for doing that is the Infobox Skin Manager.

The curves you see are images in OCS to give the boxes that curved look. But for the life of me I can't seem to find them to night. You need to look for the following

corner_left_right.gif

 

 

 

These can be edited in Photoshop or any other image creation software.

Changing those images won't give that look since the code is not in place to display them on the bottom.
