Showing all categories? (even empty subcats)

Hey guys, i have been searching some now:'

Cant seem to figure out how to let all categories expand, with the subcategories, even if empty!

 

Hope i havent overlooked in the config now :(

 

Is this what im looking for? http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...arch,categories I was thinking that i will have to edit /includes/boxes/categories.php ?

have searched some more without results now, hmmm
