Next Available Ship Date hep needed

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to set up a ship date confimation based on the time of the day that the order is placed. I run an online video store that delivers locally to my neighbourhood and I have two differnet delivery runs per day. I was hoping that there was something I could configure so that when someone places an order (for example) between 9pm-5pm (the next day) it goes into one delivery, between 5pm-8:59pm it goes into the second.

 

Anyone come across anything similar?
