product attributes , ID - PROBLEM

Hey, guys,

 

I am really confused here. Product attributes appear to be under ID: 72,73,74... why those numbers? Can I reset them? And what's the thing about those ID number at all? As I can see I can not put them in by myself.

 

The main problem is that product attributes dont't appear on a product pages, under the products. Does anybody know what's the reason for that?
