OsCommerce not making invoices for all purchases

For some reason, OsCommerce is not making invoices for all purchases from my website even though the payment goes through.

 

I can't even see the order in the admin section, but yet I receive payment from the customer through paypal.

 

Any idea why this is happening?

 

There is no idea for me even knowing what the customer has bought!
