Table 'table name.configuration' doesn't exist

Hi, sorry for the second post...but I'm half way through my install when I get the following error:

 

A test connection made to the database was NOT successful.

 

The error message returned is:

 

Table 'musicplu_p_os1.configuration' doesn't exist.

 

From what I can gather searching through all the posts, I have to manually add a table in my database using MYSQL Admin. I'm in MSQL Admin and I can add a table but there is just too many options. Can anyone assist?
