After migration all my modules disappeared/stopped working???

Hi,

 

I've just migrated my website from my local workstation to my server. The problem is that the website stopped picking up the modules. If I login to my admin section and go to the modules, I can't select anything. Thus when I check out, I can't choose any payment or shipment method.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I do still have the files in the modules directory, thus I do have flat.php, freeamount.php etc..

 

It worked on my workstation, but it doesn't seem to work at the server.
