Installing a store on SSL

I got a paid host that supplies me with a Secure SSL server along with the package, that I can access through FTP, and I'm freshly installing osCommerce on the server.

 

Now, my question is, where do I upload the store (for it to be SSL-secure)? Do I put it in the www/ folder (for the http:// stuff) or in the ssl/ folder (for the https:// stuff) ?

You will need to ask your host that question, although it shouldn't matter. The secure part is in how you connect to the server. Once connected, it doesn't matter where the data goes, unless your host has it set up that way.
