but this comes up

Error: I can not write to this file. Please set the right user permissions on: /home/jbarry/public_html/includes/languages/english.php

You have to set the permissions through your FTP Client.

And then you will be able to edit your files.

Contributions used: italian payment - Bonifico Bancario; Dynamic Meta Tags 1.0; Italian language for 2.2MS2; PayPal IPN Module v1.0; Purchase Without Account; Register Globals; Back buttons

Do you recommend me any other contribution?

Here is My Store, tell me how can I improve it!

how do i do that do i contact my host

You will need an FTP client to connect to your webhost. The connection details should be available from your webhost. Btw, how did you upload your files in the first place?

Once you have connected you should be able to alter your permissions via the interface. Setting a permission of 644 should be adequate. This means: Read+Write for Owner, Read for Group, and Read for Public.
