edit a defined constant? - can't find it!!

Hello all,

 

The constant:

 

ENTRY_STREET_ADDRESS_MIN_LENGTH

 

is referenced in the ../catalog/includes/english.php file, but I can't find out where the actual constant is defined. Does anybody else know? Thanks.
