how to uninstall then reinstall?

I installed my template but subsequently made many changes (off line, in photoshop), so i want to instal the template that has my revisions. How do I uninstall the template I already installed?

You are not making yourself very clear. You will need to start all over again. First we do not know what template you are useing and what changes you have made. Do you know how to file transfer? What level of knowledge do you have?
