Help with Easy Populate please!

I have created a tab delimited text file in Excel and tried to upload it usin the Upload EP file for Import in Easy Populate Advanced 2.75 but I keep getting a message saying ERROR - You are trying to use a file created with EP Basic, please try with Easy Populate Basic Click here to return to Easy Populate Advanced

 

I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Could someone please explain the process of adding my products using the program as I see another section there about uploading and splitting a file. I've no idea what that is all about but all I want to do is ad some new products to my website.

The easiest way to use Easy Populate is to add a couple of products to your catalog/store, then download the file and open it using your Excel spreadsheet. You can then see all the info that EP needs to work.

 

Make sure when you upload your files to have the EOREOR at the end of every row!

 

Sorry I don't know anything about EP basic vs. advanced
