Problems with checkout

Hello

I have some customers unable to complete checkout. When they get to the shipping address page and press continue, the program just loops back to the same page and they cannot get any further.

Any solutions please

Check that you have at least shipping module installed.

 

Or it could be that the product is out of stock and you have the no checkout for out of stock turned on.

 

To change this go to Admin -> Configuration -> Stock (if this is infact the problem)

It appears I did not have any shipping module active. I have put in a flat rate shipping module of zero pence and this seems to have cured the problem.
