Upload stage in the order process? Recommend a contribution?

Hi, hoping someone can help. I've set up a few basic shops with oscommerce, so I've a bit of experience. I've been asked to set up a shop for ordering digital canvas prints and that kind of thing, so I'd need a stage in the order process where someone could upload their own digital image to the server for the client to print.

 

The client ideally wants there to be a choice of image (either customer's own upload, or an image from an image bank) and then progress onto a choice of canvas size etc. I realise that the choice of canvas size etc could be done in option drop-downs easily, but it this file upload bit (and ideally at the beginning of the order process) that's got me wondering.

 

Does anyone know of a contribution that would help me out? Any advice or recommendations appreciated!

That contrib adds the ability to add a file upload field as a product attribute.

(Also gives the ability to add radio buttons, checkboxes and text boxes)
