checkout_confirmation error

when i click on the continue button in checkout_payment.php the page checkout_confirmation.php shows this error:

 

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_db_connect() (previously declared in /home/compumme/public_html/es/includes/functions/database.php:13) in /home/compumme/public_html/es/includes/functions/database.php on line 13

 

 

i dont know why, i didn?t change:

"checkout_confirmation.php"

neither

"database.php"

neither

checkout_payment.php

 

 

I have another store working with the same:

database.php and checkout_confirmation.php and checkout_payment.php

 

can anybody helps me
