Change Number of Rows --> New Products

Hello,

 

I can figure out how to change columns in the New Products section of osCommerce with the new_products.php file, but how do I change the number of columns?

 

Essentially, I want 8 rows with three columns (the column part I figured out).

 

Can anyone help?
