Help on product sorting please.

I've been working on this a while now and need help.

I would like my cart to sort my products by names and the names are by measurement as in 4x4x12 and so on.

I've tried many add ons "product sort" being one of them but it made it worse. Has any figured this out yet if so please reply I will take ant help I can get.

 

I am using Milestone 2.2
