jmarks47 Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 for my initial installation my installation test connection is successful: "A test connection made to the database was successful. Please continue the installation process to execute the database import procedure. It is important this procedure is not interrupted, otherwise the database may end up corrupt. The file to import must be located and named at: /install/oscommerce.sql" but when i 'continue' it says: "The following error has occurred: SQL file does not exist: /install/oscommerce.sql" This doesnt make sense to me because i have uploaded the catalog/install/oscommerce.sql folders and files to my browser and can see them sitting there on my server. However, if i try to type in http://mysite.com/catalog/install/oscommerce.sql it says "page doesnt exist" how can that be? what am i doing wrong?

Not via the oscommerce install files, but through phpmyadmin.. *just a thought* ------------------------------------------------------- I used to be insane, but now I'm just nuts ;)
