Fatal Error with message_stack.php class

I did a clean install of the newest osCommerce (well, siteground did).

 

I then installed the files, as per instructions, from the STS 4.2 download

 

However, when I go to my admin page now, I use my login information and then get this error:

 

Fatal error: Class 'tableBlock' not found in /home/wiccanst/public_html/admin/includes/classes/message_stack.php on line 20

 

I, unfortunately, know little to nothing of PHP, I'm an HTML and DHTML person.

 

Any help on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

 

I have verified that the table_block.php is in the included/classes/ directory, and verified that the contents of this file were correct (osCommerce docs website).
