Reps in different countries

I have a site selling basic Rehabilitation products to collegues in developing countries. OSC allows to switch to different languages and currencies, very easy for the customer overseas.


As my customers are small local outfits, they do order small quantities. I have so far sales-offices in 3 countries who send out orders directly and are available for advice and service.


I already installed Admin Access Level to allow them to enter Product names and descriptions in their local language.


How do I re-organise my shop more effective so the customer in Vietnam selects Vietnamese and sees the address of my Hanoi Office? Multi-Store Contrib? I would like to maintain one database for ease of update as my sales-reps have a good professional knowledge but are not so computer literate.
