MySQL Error when accessing Shop index

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'themini_osc1@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /home/themini/public_html/shop/includes/functions/database.php on line 19
Unable to connect to database server!

 

This is what I get when I try and acces the index page of my OScommerce shop, I have checked privilidges and that the user exists, but nothing. Does anybody have any suggestions?
