hpn Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 I'm setting up a small local shop with not to many languages. Just to cover most customers, is it possible to link for example English to EURO, meaning when someone choose English language the prices will show in Euro? Couldent figure this out. Thanks for a hint.
Guest Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 In your store configuration, there is an option to Switch To Default Language Currency, enable that.

Yes, I've set the language to default currencies, but...Euro is not default for English, probably as they use Pound...So i need to define which currency to be default for the english language. This has came up because most people in central Europe are able to read some english but mostly handling Euro. It's not reasonable for me to have ten different European languages as the shop it self is placed in Sweden and mainly aiming at the Scandinavian market. (and we, stubborn as we are, still doesn't got the Euro - well Finland does, but anyway...)
hpn Posted September 22, 2006 Author Posted September 22, 2006 Okey, I found it myself. To set the default currency for each language you define it in the file language.php. Hope that could help someone.
