Cannot redeclare tep_set_banner_status()

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_set_banner_status() (previously declared in myside/catalog/admin/includes/functions/general.php:783) in

myside/catalog/includes/functions/banner.php on line 15

 

I just installed Administration Access Level 2.0 and now get the following Error. AA has not modified banner.php

and the function in general.php has been there before.
