https Security Alert issues

I hope I can explain this enough to get help.. it might be better if someone could go to the site and see for themselves..

 

I enter the cart:

http://www.eznails.com/ezshop

the address bar is showing http as opposed to https

 

a few settings that I think might reflect this issue

define('ENABLE_SSL', true) (catalog/includes/configure.php)
Display Category/Manufacturer Filter = 1 (ON)

 

if I click anything that brings up the Category/Manufacturer Filter and choose something from there I am getting a security warning pop up about being redirected..

 

For instance.. from the main cart page I click the EZ Flow logo, when that page comes up, I drop down the Category/Manufacturer Filter and choose any one of the categories listed, I get a pop up that says:

 

You are about to be redirected to a connection that is not secure.

 

The information you are sending to the site might be retransmitted to a nonsecure site. Do you wish to continue?

 

If I chose to continue the URL is still http and not a https connection.

 

Viewing the source, the base href shows as:

<base href="https://www.eznails.com/ezshop/">

 

I belive this is scaring some people away.. I manage one other osC site and it happens there as well.

choose EZ Flow from the MFG drop down then something in the Category/Manufacturer Filter and you get the warning there..
