How do I Secure my Admin ?

On the left side of my admin , it say's "You are not protected by a secure SSL connection" how do i make it protected ?

Depending on your host, you may have to puchase ssl for your admin or you can go to your config.php file in your admin and under the url add a s to http:// so its like this https://
