Orders coming through with ANOTHER CUSTOMERS address?

Can someone help me, this is a nightmare. Customers are checking out and i keep getting email that their order has SOMEONE ELSES address on it in the shipping section. its like its not cancelling the session, i dont know what is going on. my host chainreactionweb told me to change my sessions configuration and when I did that, it didnt make a difference, if i log on to my site and try to enter my OWN contest, it shows someone elses name in the "name " part. a few customers told me if they login, they see other customers addresses where it should say theirs. when i login to my own account and look at my address, it is ok so the problem is , i cannot see what other customers are seeing. i dont know how to fix this and my host told me they cant help me right now, said i have to send a support ticket in, but i am getting nervous so thought someone could help. my configuration is now set to:

that thread might help a little. it seems the people in that thread (myself included) only have this problem very rarely. In fact I've only ever had it happen once and most others say it's happening only rarely. it seems from your post that this is happening to every order which is pretty strange. you might want to post your info into that thread so we can try and find a permenant fix
